Mocha Smoothie Bowl!


Coffee is a very important morning ritual for most of us! Luckily, this smoothie bowl incorporates it deliciously! Plus the crunch on the top is the ooooooooone!

Recipe as follows!

1/2 cup of cold brew coffee @sandows

1/2 a small frozen banana

1 peeled @daylesfordfarm courgette

100g of @clearspringuk tofu!! (Weird, I know! But it’s a great source of protein!)

1 teaspoon of @lucybeecoconut cacao powder

1 scoop of @cleanandlean body brilliance

@nutribrex crunched for decoration (and crunch, of course!) 💗
